Project Title: P-47D Thunderbolt Razorback
Software: Maya, Mental Ray. Photoshop.
Description: This is a P47 WWII fighter plane that I've been working
on and has recently been finished. The image above was done using Maya,
Mental Ray and Photoshop. All the other images were done using just Maya
and Mental Ray. The image at the very bottom of the page was an early lighting
test. I also have a few ambient occlusion renders that show more of the modeling
detail. The plane itself is finished (except for a few cockpit details), I have yet
to create a pilot who can handle its tough maneuverability yet powerful thrust.
